Key Requirements

• Size: 35 × 45 mm
• Face Height: approx. 32–36 mm (chin to crown; face measured)
• Background: Plain, light, and uniform
• Quality: High resolution, sharp focus, colour only
• Recency: Recent (ideally within 6 months)

Additional Guidance

• Even lighting without shadows or glare
• Look straight at the camera, head upright, both eyes visible
• Neutral expression, mouth closed
• Glasses without glare; no dark or tinted lenses
• Headwear only for religious or medical reasons

Common Rejection Reasons

• Incorrect size or crop
• Face height outside required range
• Background not plain or too dark
